The Challenge

The client initially needed short-term social media support to promote an upcoming sale. The timeline was tight — they reached out just three days before launch and needed an immediate, results-driven strategy.

My Approach

Within 3 days, I: 

  • Audited their existing social media presence

  • Developed a campaign-specific strategy tailored to their audience

  • Created, scheduled, and managed all campaign content

  • Executed the strategy across Instagram to drive awareness and sales

  • +18.6% Instagram follower growth

Description:

The client is a garden supply store whose primary audience is the cannabis industry, making up about 95% of their customers. Their content strategy focuses on community engagement and humor, with a sprinkle of educational content to support product knowledge. Social media is used to entertain, inform, and build a loyal following of growers, rather than purely to educate.
